UPP, founded by Pamela Washington, an NLP Practitioner and Trauma Coach, is committed to offering tailored trauma recovery and personal development solutions to Black women.  Pamela's fervor centers around fostering familial bonds and connections. We acknowledge the distinct experiences and trauma faced by Black women and are dedicated to establishing a secure and empowering space conducive to recovery and transformation.

Through the integration of Neuro-Linguistic Programming techniques, every client has the opportunity to experience swift transformation and embrace newfound personal growth. About Pamela Washington

Mrs. Washington is passionate about NLP Coaching and has her Neuro Linguistic Programming Practitioner Certification, Hypnosis Practitioner Certification, NLP Coach Certification, and Time-Line Therapy Coach Certification.

While in college and to this date, she has maintained two successful businesses and loves to spend her free time with her husband and family.

Her passion for advocating for the success of individuals and unifying families whose lives have been afflicted by trauma is what sparked her interest in becoming a successful NLP Trauma Coach & Hypnotist Practitioner.

Mrs. Washington has her bachelor's in Psychology from the University of North Texas at Dallas. As a student at UNT Dallas, she remained on the Dean's List and, In 2019, received a Reward of Servitude. Since then, she has continued to educate & equip herself with counseling and group therapy skills to guide her clients to their God-given potential.

Monica is passionate about empowering and motivating others to succeed. She uses her invigorating personality, contagious energy, and life experiences to motivate others. She believes that to empower today's workforce for tomorrow's challenges effectively; we must shift our mindset to create transformational change, which begins with leading ourselves, leading others, and conducting business

Fueled by the culture of abandonment, Monica has taken all this education and experience from transforming companies and employees. She is now using her gifts and life experience to invest in and change the lives of our most valuable resource, our youth. She is passionate about teaching clients skills to work through numerous life challenges and career paths while focusing on the present to resolve their past and live healthy lives.
